Just loot a Jace, Vryn's Prodigy in a Origin Pack, Should i keep it or sell it?

Hi all,
I'm new to MTG but i really like this game so far. I just draft a new Jace yesterday and i saw that its price is approximately the same as other fine card like emrakul and other card like that.
Does Jace worth this kind of money? Should i keep it, or should i try to exchange it for a better, proven card that would fit in more deck?
I'm playing more casual and modern that standard and i dont have a lot of really good card at the moment. What would be your advice on some great card to find.
I love black and blue over everything else for now. I have a UB mill deck and a GU infect in modern and a Black combo deck with Fate unraveler/Master of the Feist draw/lose life/discard theme both in standard and modern/casual....
Right now i'm trying to make an elves deck for modern play too...

Jace's price is dropping right now, whether or not he will drop when he rotates out is a question for a year from now. If you're trying to build Modern, and you don't plan on using him for Standard, then sell him off as soon as possible.

Origins cards hit their peak, they are now starting to fall. Jace has already dropped about $5 in the last few days.

If you don't need it, trade it away. He's good, but his price will drop once he rotates out of standard.
