I should have refrain from doing this, but I need with something. I have concocted this deck due to the cards Baleful Strix and Nicol Bolas, God-Pharoh. I want to make a Grixis value deck that represents Magic's biggest and baddest Elder Dragons. Here is a like of the rough drafted deck. Any advice is appreciated for my casual deck and my budget is $150.
