Should I just make this deck mono blue?

Hey all, I built this deck awhile ago with he vision of building a completely creature-free it deck. It was meant to primarily be centered around AEther Storm, and using burn spells to make it so your opponents couldn't pay life to bury it. I decided mind control would be useful as well to steal whatever they could get out and beat face with it.
Lately, it doesn't seem as though the burn has been super effective, so I'm wondering if I should take the red out. I was wondering what everybody here thought. If I did take out red, what does it need? My thoughts were more land, more counterspies, and maybe some more draw power?
