This fun budget deck can get infinite life/milling on turn 4 quite often. I need help to make it faster and more reliable as well as advice for delaying aggro decks.

The... issue, with infinite life gain in modern, is that a lot of the decks just don't care about it. Twin, which is super popular, can win via infinite damage.

You might say, "well, that shouldn't matter, i've already gained infinite life". The problem is that in magic, when you go "infinite", you haven't actually gone infinite. You can go ten billion and one, but not infinite. Thus, infinite damage along the likes of Twin, or Melira Combo, will always beat infinite life.

Sure, Melira CoCo isn't that popular, but Twin is very, very, popular. On top of that, you've got to deal with G/R Tron. They also don't care about infinite life. They'll just keep casting Karn, and resetting the game, until they get a draw that beats you before you combo out. Amulet Bloom can just combo off with Hive Mind and force you to lose the game. Lantern Control can just keep re-shuffling their library until you run out of library. Infinite Life does make stuff like Burn and Zoo concede... but there are so many other popular decks out there that just don't care.

To make it worse, your opponent doesn't actually have to concede if you get infinite life. If they've already won the first game of the match, they can just play slowly without actually slow-playing until they get the 1-0-1 win.

Yes, you can get your own infinite mill combo going to win the game. And yes, i'm sure it does actually happen fairly regularly or you wouldn't be posting the deck. It just can't happen regularly enough to make it worth playing over the other combo decks in the format. And thoughtseize/inquisition of koz... decks like this just fold even harder than most decks, as most of your deck just does very little without the actual combo.

I wasn't saying you couldn't do it. Hell, have at it. You specifically said that people ignored your first request for help, I was just trying to point out why. It's that infinite life gain just isn't... effective.

Then don't make a passive-aggressive help post begging for assistance if it is a casual deck. You don't have Casual as one of the hubs for the actual deck listed, so OF COURSE you are going to get competitive Modern suggestions. Being snarky and unwelcome to criticism is NOT going to get you help on this deck, much less anything else on this site.

Yea man you really gave no indication that it was casual. All we know is you want it to be "faster and more reliable," which sounds like it's geared for competitive play. No need to get all caps-lock.
