Help wiMy new standard deck help!

I've always liked Black creatures, blue spells, and green ramp. So after many days of constructing, adding / removing cards, and trial / error, I have my new standard deck! I tried to make a deck with all that good stuff, while trying to keep a theme and purpose.
Please, give me any opinions on what would make this deck better.
The theme for the deck is "Control Re-Animator."
The thing I like about this deck is, you can tell if you're going to have enough blue mana by turn 2 to lay Jace, Memory Adept early. So if not, you can use all blue mana / cards for sac'ing fuel.
Please leave me any comments about your opinions on what would help this deck!
