First Ever Standard Deck, is this competitive?

Hi everyone, I am just starting out as a standard player (been playing edh for years now) and have made my first standard deck. It is a mono red burn with a bunch of artifacts to fling with Shrapnel Blast . If you guys could give me feedback it would be greatly appreciated

It looks more annoying than straight up competitive, but if things fall right I'm sure you can win your fair share with this. Burn and Red Deck Wins always plays a sort of black horse roll by seeming mediocre because they are cheap and easy to build, but often win just on pure consistency.
