castigate or tidehollow sculler?

Cant decide which one would fit better in my junk list.
pros / cons:
Castigate exiles on the spot, whereas Tidehollow Sculler provides a body, and potentially can 2 for 1.
both have same cmc and are at the same speed (creature / sorcery), but I am not sure if one is better than the other.

I personally prefer Tidehollow Sculler . Yes, they can remove it and get the card back, but then they used a removal spell that they should have used on a different creature. Castigate is a two-mana discard spell that does nothing else, which makes it weaker IMO.
