Anti-B/C/G Brigade (>$30 Budget Deck)

Made out of standard worthy cards, but meant just as much for casual with its budget cost (less than $30).

Attempting to make a deck that counters multiple deck types, mainly burn, hand-control, and lifegain.

Am I reaching too far here? Any suggestions or ideas?
