Need help with cuts(swaps?)!

In light of the new set I decided to go back and revamp my Ruric Thar, the Unbowed EDH deck. Creature Feature is shaping up okay but at this point there are way too many cards, and I'm at a block as to what to cut....or swap for that matter. At this point I'm desperate for help.
