Need help making cuts in my Hapatra EDH

Here is the list: Hapatra's Poison

My strategy is to amass an army and kill things using -1/-1 counter synergy and value. I have craterhoof and blightsteel as finishers for the deck but if that can't get through then I can go super wide.

I'm 9 cards over the 100 limit and I want to make some cuts but its difficult. What do you guys recommend
