I would say try to focus in one aspect of the deck, a specific tribe, or style of deck (graveyard, land, +1/+1 counter ect) you want to work with and try to cut the cards that don't fit that theme first. Good deck performance comes from tight card interactions with a clear goal. So first what is the goal of your deck and what helps you accomplish that?

Your list is currently almost 70 cards over. That's not just cutting a few cards, its building the whole deck for you. Get rid of at least 50 or 60 on your own or you won't get very good responses.
