Let's Build A Modern Deck!

It's nearing the Pro Tour Khans of Tarkir which is featuring the modern format. It seems to be an appropriate time for a deck construction contest. Here are the rules.
Keep the deck under $200 at the TCGPlayer low.
Include a sideboard.
No netdecking! This ruins the fun of the challenge. I don't want to see a copied burn deck or anything along those line
Don't take a deck like Naya Zoo and make it budget. This is a lame way to build a deck and is NOT creative. Decks will be judged not only on power level but alao creativity. I want to see homebrews.

I will point out that PT Khans of Tarkir will be Standard/Draft. PT Fate Reforged in February will be in the Modern format. I'll try to get my deck up soon.

I did. Your deck Dalektable was amazing against any aggro that used creatures, and was great vs Burn post board. A control matchup may be tough- they don't run many creatures so the fog effects were weak and a lot depended on if they could keep up enough burn to keep Luminarch Ascension offline.
