Red White (Standard MTG Deck)

I am building a mid level deck to play my friends in college with. I want something powerful and effective, but not expensive. I would be willing to spend 20-30 dollars on it. I like the Idea of burn-decks but can never really figure out how to maximize their potential. I also like the enchantments and the ability's that white decks have to offer. I want to combine these two elements into a dragon/ dragon knight deck.
