Update 3 —Feb. 6, 2019
I bought a Ravnica Allegiance Deck builders Toolkit and found some good Dimir cards. Took out all of my Merfolk cards, Air Elemental and Dagger of the Worthy, added Dimir SpyBug, House Guildmage, Disinformation Campaign, Watcher in the Mist and Consign/Oblivion. I also switched Tattered Mummy with Whispering Snitch I swapped Inspiration out for Notion Rain
