#1Yes, you win with Stream of Thought. I wouldn't call this a control deck, though. You're aiming to combo on turn 4. More interaction like Gigadrowse and Dispel can come in against blue decks while Envelop is great against Duress. But a lot of time it just feels like solitaire.
