As a newcomer to Magic, I mostly play casual table-top games with friends with the occasional draft.

As some of the first cards I've played with have rolled out of standard, the modern format is starting to grow on me. Most of the modern decks I would create are not meant to conform to the meta of the format, but are rather just decks that I have fun playing with.
