Deckling -

I love building decks. More than any other aspect of Magic, that is what appeals to me. Generally I build wacky decks, and tend toward Commander, both because the format fits wacky things better, and because having a commander gives me a fulcrum around which to build said wacky decks.

Occasionally however I feel the need to sit down in front of someone and attempt to bash them in the head, whilst they attempt to do the same to me. All through the medium of a magic game, I promise. In those times I will usually draft, or brew up some mildly competitive standard deck.

I started playing the game very close to the start, but I have quit several times, and the last time out I sold my collection, so I am slowly rebuilding. At some point I would like to get in and screw around with Modern, but I haven't had a chance yet.

Also I am a writer at the Magic site Card Confidants where I generally write about the wacky Commander decks I have built.
