Proof of Devotion

When Test of Devotion enters the battlefield, each player sacrifices a creature. Each player who did gains life equal to that creature's mana value and scries equal to its toughness.
At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that player may sacrifice a creature. If they do, they gain 6 life and scry 1. If they do not, they discard a card and lose 4 life.
I debated adding in something about you drawing a card when you sacrifice something, since I wanted to keep this mono-white. Anyways, as for a challenge, make a Dragon Angel.

Whenever a source you control would deal non-combat damage, you may instead have it deal that much damage to target spell on the stack.
