Hi Everyone!

My Magic experience started when my brother bought me a 2003 World Championship deck. Sure, it may not be the best way to start playing, but I loved that deck. That deck ignited a love for artifacts that is unparalleled to any other card type.

Somehow, I got away from it--whether it was my lack of maturity to admire a game so wonderfully crafted or my lack of intellectual competence to handle such an intricate masterpiece. I just recently got back into Magic, and it is the most beautifully nostalgic experience I've ever had. I regret all those years of neglecting my cards, leaving them to collect dust in a tattered cardboard box. Now that I've come back to Magic, I couldn't be happier. For lack of a better phrase, I feel like I've returned home.

I play casually with my friend group, really just EDH. As much as I love to play, I love deck building even more. I love the amount of work and passion it takes to build a good deck, and I love to brainstorm with people. I have a lot of catching up to do from all those years I wasn't playing, so I'm always open to suggestions! I used to consider myself a true Azorius player, but I've since converted to Boros. The unfortunate thing is that Boros doesn't have a strong presence in Commander, so I normally supplement it with the other colors of the color wheel. Until the day a good Boros commander is printed with good support, I'll be loving my Naya Dino Deck!
