Who owns the tokens produced by Forbidden Orchard?

Forbidden Orchard produces spirits as the down side to giving yourself any color of mana. I know that they are controlled by the opponent that you give the spirit to, but who is the owner of the token. (Relevant for Zedruu, homeward path)

110.5a A token is both owned and controlled by the player under whose control it entered the battlefield.
