When do I pay the cost for Key to the city?

Sorry if this is a dumb question in advance. So when key to the city becomes untapped you may pay 2 mana to draw a card as it becomes untapped during the untap step. Am I allowed to pay mana with the lands that I just untapped or do I have to have mana left over?

Key to the City
Whenever an ability triggers during the untap step, it's put onto the stack during the upkeep. By the time the ability actually resolves, you'll be able to use whatever lands or other permanents you untapped this turn to pay for it.
