When you manifest a creature it becomes a nameless colorless 2/2 creature which you can flip face up for it's mana coast everything else stays as the 2/2. if you blink a manifested permanent it will re-enter the battlefield face upbut what happens when you blink an instant or sorcery do you get to cast it does the spell just resolve or does go to another zone?

Nothing about manifest allows you to cast instants and sorceries, and there's no rule that allows you to cast them at all, let alone for free, if they would enter the battlefield.

So what would happen to the 2/2 that got blinked, would it have to go to the Graveyard, back to the library, or remain as a 2/2 manifested creature?

EddCrawley see Epochs first post. If a manifested instant or sorcery gets blinked and would enter the batzlefield again it stays in exile since instants or sorceries can't enter the battlefield.

An object enters the battlefield in its default state (normally, that means untapped, face up, unflipped) unless otherwise specified. If you blink a face-down permanent, it enters the battlefield face up.
Instants and sorceries can't enter the battlefield, so they remain in their previous zones instead.
307.4. Sorceries can't enter the battlefield. If a sorcery would enter the battlefield, it remains in its previous zone instead.
(Instants have an equivalent rule.)
