what happens to ETB effects when a creature is manifested?

hello lets say i manifest a Mardu Skullhunter after my attack phase and flip it for its casting cost... what happens to the etb effect does it disappear into the folds of the night...

When you turn a face down creature face up, it isn't entering the battlefield again. It was already on the battlefield, just with different characteristics. ETB abilities don't trigger.
