Tibor and Lumia's interaction with replicate

The question is pretty straight forward, does replicate triggers Tibor and Lumia's ability, or does it just counts as one?
And, while we're on the subject, does copying the spell works as well?
TheAmazingSalsa: Copies of spells only trigger Tibor and Lumia's ability if it says to play or cast that spell like:
Elite Arcanist
Creature Human Wizard (1/1)
When Elite Arcanist enters the battlefield, you may exile an instant card from your hand.
X, Tap: Copy the exiled card. You may cast the copy without paying its mana cost. X is the converted mana cost of the exiled card.
But these abilities are rare.

No, spells only trigger the ability when they are cast. Copying the spell due to paying the Replicate cost or any other means of copying it on the stack does not constitute casting the spell again.
