Stinging Study plus The Prismatic Bridge

If I have Esika, god of the tree//The Prismatic Bridge as my commander and they are in the command zone when I cast stinging study would I draw three cards or five? Also, if my commander is on the field as The Prismatic Bridge would I draw five cards or three?

You can use double square brackets around a card's name to create a reference link. It's the best way to make sure everyone understands what's going on with your question: Esika, God of the Tree  ^Flip, Stinging Study

You draw 3 cards if Esika is in the command zone and 5 cards if The Prismatic Bridge is on the battlefield.

A modal double-faced card outside of the battlefield or the stack only has the characteristics on the front face. On the battlefield or the stack, it has the characteristics of whichever face you chose to cast it as. Esika in the command zone only has the characteristics of the Esika side, but if you cast it as The Prismatic Bridge then it will instead have the characteristics of that side while it's on the stack as a spell and while it's on the battlefield.
