If an opponent attacks with several Slivers and one of them is Groundshaker Sliver and durning my blocking turn I kill his Groundshaker Sliver 1st before blocking other creature, do his other slivers still have trample till the end of the combat phase??

There's a step creatively called the "Combat damage step". The way combat works is that first your opponent will declare all his attackers, then you declare all your blockers. THEN combat damage is dealt simultaneously. So all his Slivers would have trample from the Groundshaker Sliver and go over the top of your blockers. AT THE SAME TIME, your blocker kills his Groundshaker Sliver . After the damage is dealt, the game checks for things it can clean up, most notably creatures with 0 toughness. It puts those in the graveyard. Only then would his other slivers lose trample.

To clarify, you CAN make your opponent's slivers lose trample if you kill Groundshaker Sliver BEFORE the combat damage step (i.e. by using burn or removal after he declares attackers, for instance).
