Shielded by faith and shroud creature

If i have a creature enchanted with Shielded by Faith and play a creature with shroud like Empyrial Archangel, can i use Shielded by Faith's ability (Whenever a creature enters the battlefield, you may attach Shielded by Faith to that creature) to attach it to Empyrial Archangel, considering that it doesn't target, or does it?

yes you can attach it. YOu are right when you say it does not target. Since no targeting is going on you place it on there.
