Scrying with Top Card Revealed

I'm planning to build a Melek EDH, I'm not 100% sure about what happens if I use something with scry 1 while my commander is on the field. Since the top card is already revealed, am I correct in thinking that I would simply decide whether to move the revealed card to the bottom of the library or not?

That is correct. You look at the top card of your library (while it's revealed) and then decide. Then, if you put the top card to the bottom, ayou flip the "new" top card of your library.
