Is there any point in the game that i cannot morph/ megamorph a creature?

The special action of turning a face-down creature face-up and paying the morph/megamorph/manifest cost can be done any time you have priority. The technical details of when a player has priority are mostly simple, but sometimes complicated:

  • At the beginning of each step and phase other than Untap or Cleanup, the active player (the one whose turn it is) gets priority
  • When a spell/ability is cast/activated and put onto the stack, the player who put it there gets priority
  • When a triggered ability triggers and is put onto the stack, whoever was supposed to get priority next gets priority
  • When a player passes priority, the next player in turn order gets priority. If all players have passed in succession, then instead the topmost object on the stack resolves. If the stack is empty, then instead the game moves to the next step or phase.
  • After a spell/ability resolves, the active player gets priority
  • Sometimes the game may need to process a state-based-action during the Cleanup step. If this happens, the active player will get priority after the SBA is handled.

So basically, you can't do this during the Untap step, during most cleanup steps, while your opponent has priority, while something is in the process of being cast/activated, or while something is in the process of resolving.

That was a lot! Did it answer your question?

If by morph/megamorph you mean paying the morph/megamorph cost and turn the creature face up, you can do that at any time you receive priority.

You cannot do this during the untap step or cleanup step.
