regeneration and counters/equipment/enchantments

if i regenerate a creature and it has attached to it a +1,+1 counter, an equipment and an enchantment... do those things remain attached? a regenerated creature doesn't actually go to the graveyard and as far as i can tell, it doesn't leave the battlefield, so i'm assuming those remain attached, just not 100% sure

You are correct. A regenerated creature is tapped and removed from combat, and any damage marked on that creature is removed. However, the creature never leaves the battlefield, so any counters or attached cards will not fall off.
