Regenerate

Does regenerate stop -1/-1 counters from creatures with infect? Infect says it deals damage in the form of -1/-1 counters, and regenerate says remove all damage.

Also, remember that regenerate's replacement effect does not occur unless the creature would be destroyed (by lethal damage or otherwise). Infect kills a creature by reducing it's toughness to 0 and putting it in the graveyard as a state base effect. So in that case, the creature cannot regenerate because it was never really "destroyed"
For reference:
"701.11a If the effect of a resolving spell or ability regenerates a permanent, it creates a replacement effect that protects the permanent the next time it would be destroyed this turn. In this case, Regenerate [permanent] means The next time [permanent] would be destroyed this turn, instead remove all damage marked on it and tap it. If its an attacking or blocking creature, remove it from combat."

That means "remove all damage marked on the creature". Marking damage on a creature is the usual result of damage being dealt to it, but infect makes damage have a different result: -1/-1 counters. Regeneration can't remove those.
