Reality twist in edh

I'm pretty sure I know the answer but can I play Reality Twist in monoblue edh? No right?

No. Reality Twist has a five-color identity because it has all five mana symbols either in its cost or in its text box.

No, not in mono-Blue. The current Oracle text still uses all those mana symbols to explain the effect, so that means its color identity is WUBRG for the purposes of EDH/Commander deckbuilding.
