Paying managers on upkeep..untap 1st?

Hi there my Gathering, Krosan Cloudscraper has at beginning of upkeep sacrifice KC unless you pay 2 G manage. Do I untap my land 1st or after this trigger?

You will get to untap your lands before needing to pay the cost for Cloudscraper, unless there is a spell or affect that prevents you from untapping your lands.
