Jace, Architect of Thought ultimate ablity

if i exiled a counter card can i use it through out the match or just that one turn and does it allow for planeswalker cause i would love to beat the control deck with their card

Neither.

Jace, Architect of Thought 's ability instructs you to cast the cards. It doesn't create an effect that allows you to cast the cards during a duration. You cast them during the resolution of the ability. If you don't, you don't get a chance later on.

10/1/2012: If you can't cast a card, perhaps because there are no legal targets available, or if you choose not to cast one, it will remain exiled. Jace's ability won't allow you to cast it later.

@abenz419: You can get a planeswalker. I suppose I worded that part of my response poorly; the "neither" was in reference to whether the exiled cards could be case throughout the match or for the rest of the turn.

Jace, Architect of Thought 's ultimate is usually used to grab another planeswalker (often another JAOT).
