Indestructible??

if I use Death's Approach on a creature that has 'indestructible' and is a 5/5, does it die if they have 5 creatures in their graveyard? or any similar creature with x toughness and the same or more creatures in their graveyard to make it at least a 0?

Something to note: A creature who's toughness reaches 0, indestructible or not, isn't considered destroyed. It's put into its owner's graveyard as a state based action.

That is correct. Even indestructible things die when their toughness is zero.
