Your spell or ability must be able to target their creature in order for it to trigger the sacrifice ability.

From the comprehensive rulebook:

702.6a Equip is an activated ability of Equipment cards. "Equip [cost]" means "[Cost]: Attach this permanent to target creature you control. Activate this ability only any time you could cast a sorcery."

Aura spells target objects or players, and Aura permanents are attached to objects or players. See rule 303, "Enchantments," and rule 702.5, "Enchant."

Therefore Equip abilities will not be able to target their illusions, since you don't control those creatures. However, as long as your Aura could legally target their creature as a spell, you may cast it with that target. Be aware that the enchantment will fizzle afterwards because its target is missing when it attempts to resolve.

So I could cast an instant that supposed to help me, like titanic growth, but instead kill his illusion creature?

Yes. So long as that instant targets a creature and the creature you want to target meets all targeting restrictions, you may do that.

you can not target ilegal targetsequipment can only be equipted to creatures you controle

any spell or ability that would let you put your equipment would eather kill the creature or put the equipment on it with out killing it
