If parallel thoughts is bounced?

If Parallel Thoughts is bounced or destroyed before i can draw all 7 tutored cards, would those cards remain exiled and unavailable, or would i still be able to draw them?

Those cards will remain exiled. Unless you can somehow interact with them in exile (notably, recasting Parallel Thoughts will not allow you to draw them), they will remain in exile for the rest of the game.

Parallel Thoughts 's static ability is what allows you to put the exiled cards into your hand. The first and second abilities are linked. If Parallel Thoughts leaves the battlefield, the link will be broken and you will no longer be able to put the exiled cards into your hand.
