How does Devoid work with Devotion?

Say I play Catacomb Sifter, does it have one devotion to black and one to green like cards without Devoid? Or does it not?

Devoid only affects the color of the card, not the color of the card's mana symbols. Catacomb Sifter counts for 1 devotion to black and 1 devotion to green, as typical for a card with such a cost.
