how do I use Selesnya Loft Gardens in a deck?

So I'm unfamiliar with Selesnya Loft Gardens and I don't understand what card type it is or how to use it. Could someone clear this up for me?

Selesnya Loft Gardens is a Plane type card. It's used in the Planechase format exclusively. You can't put it in a regular deck.
