Gremlin Infestation

When playing Gremlin Infestation and I use it to enchant an opponents artifact like a vehicle or artifact creature and when that vehicle dies or artifact creature dies does this mean that I get to create a 2/2 red gremlin creature token or does my opponent get it.

You will get the token.

Gremlin Infestation has a triggered ability that triggers when the enchanted artifact goes to the graveyard. Since you control the Infestation, you're the controller of the ability and will get the token as a result.

If your opponent were to get the token, the last ability would be worded like this: When enchanted artifact is put into a graveyard, its controller creates a 2/2 red Gremlin creature token.
