gold border cards

are gold border cards legal in all commander formats? the world series cards

I am not sure what these gold bordered cards are, but if you go to Gatherer and look up any specific card you can find out what sets it is legal in. Hope it helps.

Gold-bordered cards are not actual cards. They don't have a Magic back. They aren't legal for play in any sanctioned formats.

Its a casual format, so yes.

As long as your sleeves aren't see through you should be fine.

I use lots of world championship cards in my edh decks and no one has ever complained about it.

@griz024: Commander is not a casual format.

Further, because gold-bordered cards are not real cards (they don't meet the stated requirements for an acceptable card), you must verify with your playgroup that it's alright if you use them. You should never assume that they're alright to use.
