Free emerge creature?

And yes I looked up the rulings before I asked this question. their is none. Say if I went to emerge Lashweed Lurker using Simic Sky Swallower would that mean I just brought out a 5/4 out for free thanks to the wording of the effect. same thing holds for the other emerge creatures

No. The wording of emerge is:
You may cast this spell by sacrificing a creature and paying the emerge cost reduced by that creature's converted mana cost.
The converted mana cost of Simic Sky Swallower is 
. CMC is always a generic number. It doesn't include colored or colorless components.

FYI, there is a rulings note about this on Lashweed Lurker's page in Gatherer:
7/13/2016 Colored mana components of emerge costs can't be reduced with emerge.

If you read the reminder text for Emerge on the card, the cost is only reduced by the converted mana cost of the sacrificed creature. The CMC of Simic Sky Swallower is
, so the emerge cost will therefore be reduced by
