Fastbond is limited in Vintage right?

I just want to make sure i understand what im reading on mtg because it is saying Fastbond is limited to 1 in Vintage but TO shows it as a legal card to play in my deck Never Never Land 3 and i have x3 Fastbond . Any help here would be great.

Vintage Restricted

So yes, it's restricted to 1 per deck in Vintage.

Our system doesn't check how many of a card you have in a deck. Additionally, Gatherer and the WOTC format pages are the final authorities on card legalities. Always check there if you have any doubts.
