Emperor - Deploy Creatures

Rule 804.2. says: Each creature has the ability "T: Target teammate gains control of this creature. Activate this ability only any time you could cast a sorcery." but on the Wizards site (http://archive.wizards.com/Magic/tcg/resources.aspx?x=mtg/tcg/resources/formats-casual) it states that only the emperor's creatures get this ability. Is it safe to assume that the Wizards site is wrong?

That's actually an archive of the old Wizard's site. The current Comprehensive Rules can be found at - http://magic.wizards.com/en/gameinfo/gameplay/formats/comprehensiverules

But yes, the deploy creatures option is available on all creatures in the current Emperor rules.
