Does the target creature of Aegis Angel lose indestructible if it is flickered out for the battlefield?

Another possible way to word this is: The ability of Aegis Angel ,is that a target for that card exactly (meaning if the targeted card is flickered out of the battlefield but then back in it keeps indestructibility), or is that ability lost?

Gather dictates: If Aegis Angel leaves the battlefield, you no longer control it.

So the creature would lose indestructible, but you could choose it again when Aegis Angel reenters the battlefield.

Not as Aegis Angel leaves. The question is about the target of her ability. When the targeted creature leaves. Upon return does it retain indestructible?

No, because when it reenters the game will treat it as a new object.
