Do you get ETB effects when you "create a copy"?

If I have the new Blue/ red planeswalker from Kaladesh out and I "create a copy of a creature" with an enter the battlefield effect, will the copy have the etb effect as well?

Yes. Creating is the new shorthand for putting a token onto the field. So if the copies creature has an ETB then that will trigger.
