distorting lens

In commander if I use Distorting Lens to make a commander a different color what happens with their lands. Do they produce colorless or what happens since the commander is now a different color than the deck?

It will not change the color identity of their commander. It does not change the mana symbols on the card.

903.4a Color identity is established before the game begins.

Once the game starts, changing the color of an opponent's general will not change the replacement effect that lands are subject to in EDH. The general will merely be a different color.
