convoke???

Now I know that you tap the creatures but is it what color of the creatures you tap is what color mana you get or is it just colorless mana.

The creatures don't make any mana when being used for convoke. How it works is that you can tapped untapped creatures instead of paying some of the mana for a convoke spell.

Like the reminder text says (example, Covenant of Blood ), tapping a creature for convoke can be used to pay for either one colorless mana or one mana of that creature's color. Your choice.

Read the reminder text. you can tap a creature to reduce the cost of that spell by either colorless or a color of that creature.

Each creature you tap while casting this spell pays for 1 or one mana of that creature's color.
