Cleansing Meditation

Cleansing Meditation say 'Destroy all enchantments' but gains extra text when you have Threshold.

My question is, will the destroyed cards give it threshold? or do you have to have it before its cast/resolved?

Unfortunately, you would have to already have 7 cards in your graveyard to satisfy the threshold requirement. The cards being destroyed would enter the graveyard as the spell is resolving.

2nd what evil_monkey said. Because the cards enter the library because of the spell they will not give it threshold until after the spell has completed.
