Cathars Crusade + Increasing Devotion, do all the tokens come in at the same time?

So if I have Cathars Crusade out and I play Increasing Devotion do the tokens come out as 1/1s? Then all my other creatures that were already out would get +5/5. But just wondering whether the tokens get buffed or do they all come out at the same time meaning they are just 1/1s?

The tokens enter the battlefield simultaneously. card:Cathars' Crusade's ability then triggers for each creature that entered. The tokens will also get counters, assuming they're still on the battlefield at the time the abilities resolve.

Note that the abilities are handled separately, not as one big chunk.

I believe I am correct in saying that each token would enter at the same time, then gain 5 +1/+1 counters from Cathar's each.

Thanks for the answers, that makes it a great combo :D especially if Goldnight Commander is on the field.
